KINGSGLAIVE: FINAL FANTASY XV in Australia & New Zealand Cinemas this Month

Source: Madman Entertainment press release Official Site: kingsglaive-jp.com (Japan), kingsglaivemovie.com.au (AU) Special Thanks to Ben Pollock Madman Entertainment is thrilled to announce that the stunningly animated KINGSGLAIVE: FINAL FANTASY XV (???????? ???????????XV, Kingusugureibu: Fainaru Fantajii Fifutiin, 2016) will screen in cinemas across Australia & New Zealand from August 27 -- for a strictly limited season. Featuring the voices of Aaron Paul (BREAKING BAD), Lena Headey (GAME OF THRONES) and Sean Bean (THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy, GAME OF THRONES), KINGSGLAIVE: FINAL FANTASY XV is the standalone CG companion feature film to FINAL FANTASY XV, one of the year`s most anticipated games -- to be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, 30 September 2016. The magical kingdom of Lucis is home to the sacred Crystal, and the menacing empire of Niflheim is determined to steal it. King Regis of Lucis (Sean Bean) commands an elite force of soldiers called the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king’s magic, Nyx (Aaron Paul) and his fellow soldiers fight to protect Lucis. As the overwhelming military might of the empire bears down, King Regis is faced with an impossible ultimatum -- to marry his son, Prince Noctis to Princess Lunafreya of Tenebrae (Lena Headey), captive of Niflheim, and surrender his lands to the empire’s rule. Although the king concedes, it becomes clear that the empire will stop at nothing to achieve their devious goals, with only the Kingsglaive standing between them and world domination. Featuring cutting edge CGI, KINGSGLAIVE: FINAL FANTASY XV comes from the same production team as 2005’s FINAL FANTASY VII: ADVENT CHILDREN (???????????VII ??????????, Fainaru Fantajii Sebun Adobento Chirudoren), and forms a key part of the FINAL FANTASY XV multimedia universe. Cinema locations and sessions will be revealed in the near future.
