For a limited time, the "Nijigen no Mori" anime theme park in Awaji Island Park, Hyogo Prefecture is offering an upgrade to their popular "Godzilla Interception Operation - National Awaji Island Institute of Godzilla Disaster" (ゴジラ迎撃作戦 ~国立ゴジラ淡路島研究センター~, Gojira Geigeki Sakusen ~ Kokuritsu Gojira Awajishima Kenkyū Sentā ~) attraction.

"Godzilla Interception Operation" allows visitors to truly experience the might and power of the King of the Monsters with a 120-meter-long sculpt of Shin Godzilla's upper body. Participants become members of the National Awaji-Island Institute of Godzilla Disaster and take on missions, including two zipline courses, "Internal Surveillance Course" (体内監視コース, Tainai Kanshi Kōsu) and "Surface Surveillance Course" (体表監視コース, Karadahyō Kanshi Kōsu). The "Internal Surveillance Course" allows visitors to enter Godzilla's mouth, while the "External Surveillance Course" allows them to glide right next to Godzilla's body. Both courses normally run one person at a time, but the new "Let's Fly Together! Let's Take Pictures Together! Spring Pair Zipline" (一緒に飛ぼう!撮影しよう!春のペアジップライン,  Issho ni Tobō! Satsuei Shiyō! Haru no Pea Jippurain) promotion allows two people to zipline side-by-side at the same time on either of the two courses.

Couples and friends can take photos of each other gliding down the zipline towards Godzilla! A special "Gozilla smartphone case" for taking pictures while ziplining is available for rent at the park.

The "Godzilla Interception Operation"pair zipline from runs through Friday, June 30th. For more information, please visit the attraction's official website at: https://nijigennomori.com/godzilla_awajishima/.
