    "New Godzilla: The Ride" Attraction To Premiere At Seibuen Amusement Park; International Release To Follow

    Seibuen Amusement Park (located in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture; General Manager: Tomohiro Nishida) is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year and the 100th year of the Showa era in 2025. To commemorate this, they are holding a "100th Showa Celebration" and will be rolling out a series of events that will allow visitors to experience the Showa era as they imagine it.

    On Thursday, May 8th, Toho Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroyasu Matsuoka) announced the production of a new video for the Godzilla ride attraction and the start of distribution worldwide. This summer, Seibuen Amusement Park will be the first in the world to screen this video ahead of the rest of the world.

    Currently screening at Seibuen Amusement Park, “Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle” (ゴジラ・ザ・ライド大怪獣頂上決戦, Gojira za Raido Daikaijū Chōjō Kessen), was produced by GODZILLA MINUS ONE (ゴジラ-1.0/ゴジラマイナスワン, Gojira Mainasu Wan, 2023) director Takashi Yamazaki and has shocked the world with its overwhelming scale, boasting a high level of popularity with a 99% satisfaction rate among visitors.

    "New Godzilla: The Ride" (新・ゴジラ・ザ・ライド, Shin Gojira za Raido), which is being produced by director Takashi Yamazaki, is of higher quality than the previous film and offers a soul-stirring ride experience that is full of realism. The opening date and details of the attraction will be announced soon.
