STORY The “Wind Festival” is held annually in Fura City, a place where the locals live with the wind. The legendary Pokémon Lugia is expected to appear on the final day of the festival, and the attendees hope to receive its blessing from the past. While participating in the Wind Festival, Satoshi and Pikachu by chance meet five people... The high school girl, Lisa, who is a Pokémon novice. Kagachi, a loudmouth who can`t stop lying. A timid researcher, Torito, lacking confidence in himself. Hisui, an oddball grandmother who is prejudiced against Pokémon. Largo, a mysterious girl living alone in the forest. Each one has their own troubles and has been unable to move forward with their partner Pokémon. But, through their encounters with each other, Satoshi and Pikachu, the Gears of Destiny begin to move. Will the pact with Lugia be protected? And what is the identity of the phantom Pokémon Zeraora? Now, the bond between everyone -- people and Pokémon -- will create miracles.
