The Japanese toy company X-Plus Co., Ltd. has provided SciFi Japan with information and high-res photos of their new Gamera 1995 -- a late addition to the October 2015 giant monster lineup -- and Destoroyah figures. X-Plus` monster figures can be purchased directly from the company`s official Shounen Ric website. Shounen Ric offers Limited Editions of the figures with exclusive features or bonus pieces not available from other retailers. The standard versions of the figures are sold by stores and online retailers including amazon.com, amazon.co.jp and SFJ`s sponsor Anime Jungle.

Sculpted in scale with the Toho Large Monster Series: Godzilla 1995 figure, Destoroyah stands approximately 34cm tall. The monster`s four wings are sculpted of injection molded PVC. To compensate for the added weight of the wings, the figure has been injected with poly resin below the knees. The interior of the body is reinforced with urethane foam to maintain the shape of the figure. In addition, decals will reproduce the look of blood vessels in Destoroyah`s eyes. The Shounen Ric Limited Edition comes with a bonus Aggregate Destoroyah figure not available from other retailers. Molded in poly resin, the Aggregate will be packaged separately from the larger Destoroyah.
