In May of 2006, Tuburaya Productions Co., ltd. launched its own Tsuburaya Productions Channel on YouTube, featuring an eclectic collection of video clips, trailers, short episodes and specials focusing on their "New Generation" Ultraman series. These include ULTRAMAN GINGA, ULTRAMAN ORB, ULTRAMAN X, ULTRAMAN GEED and more. The channel is designed to appeal to English speaking audiences, as well as native Japanese fans. Certain fare is offered with English subtitles. A recent offering is their first English dubbed series, ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY (?????????????, Urutora Faito Bikutor?, 2015). ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY originally aired in 3 minute segments after the show NEW ULTRAMAN RETSUDEN (?????????, Shin Urutoraman Retsuden, 2013-16). It was compiled into one 40 minute film for home video release in Japan. In an agreement with William Winckler Productions, the compilation film was dubbed into English along with ULTRAMAN GINGA S THE MOVIE and ULTRAMAN X MOVIE, with the latter two films receiving theatrical distribution in North America. Now on the Tsuburaya Channel, they have split the movie back to it`s original 3-minute segments, serialized with the English language track. A new 3-minute episode comes out each week. According to producer William Winckler, "The audience excitement, positive responses, thrills and love of the Winckler Prods. English dubbed version of ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY is heating up tremendously on the Tsuburaya Prods. YouTube Channel. I believe this is the first time in history a Japanese studio has operated as a "Broadcast Network" to air/run new English dubbed content directly to worldwide English speaking audiences!" The full ULTRA FIGHT VICTORY is also available on the channel in one, 40-minute version with English subtitles. But, if you want to see it with the English dub, that is only available in the 3-minute serialized version. Reaction to the episodes has been generally positive and will hopefully prompt TPC to do more. It is the beginning of a new platform for Ultraman content and a step in the right direction. Who knows? Maybe in the future fans can subscribe to an actual Tsuburaya streaming channel.

Here is a look at the Ultraman productions that were recently dubbed into English for Tsuburaya Productions. As of this writing, there is no information on whether these will appear on the Tsuburaya Channel in any form. But, the studio does own the dubs and materials outright, so there is no reason why they wouldn`t make use of them. ULTRAMAN X THE MOVIE (2016 / 70-minute Theatrical Film)
