Based on the Spark Dolls concept of GINGA, which had Ultramen and monsters transformed into toys by a mysterious force, the 500 line primarily focused on PVC (soft vinyl) figures with an average height of 14cm (5.5 inches). There was also a set of Gashopon (capsule) figures, larger DX monsters, and characters from the GIANT MONSTER RUSH: ULTRA FRONTIER card game and computer animated shorts. In 2015, Bandai rebooted the toy line yet again as “Ultraman X Ultra Hero X” to tie-in with the latest Ultra show, ULTRAMAN X (???????, Urutoraman Ekkusu, 2015).
