G-FEST returns for Its 29th year, July 12-14, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare - 9300 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Rosemont, IL 60018, United States. Attendees will be able to enjoy numerous panels, displays and events including the renowned film festival on July 11, featuring classic favorites to contemporary masterpieces from the world of kaiju cinema. Special Guests for G-FEST 2024 include Ayako Fujitani (Heisei Gamera Trilogy) and Rie Ota (Baragon from GMK), with more to be announced!

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES and INFORMATION

Prize:
A. There is one (1) prize, consisting of a code granting a 100% discount on two (2) weekend passes to G-Fest 2024 ($150 value).
B. This code will expire after one use.
C. In the event that a winner chooses not to (or cannot) accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize.
D. One entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes allowed.
E. These passes are for admission to G-FEST 2024 only. G-FEST is providing complimentary admission with the condition that no other benefits are implied. Winners understand and acknowledge that they are responsible for all other expenses including transportation, food, and lodging. Furthermore, winners and their guests understand and acknowledge that G-FEST and SciFi Japan are in no way liable for any injuries or other losses incurred by accepting the passes.

Duration of contests:
A. The “G-FEST 2024 Weekend Passes” contest runs from April 4 until 11:59pm on May 10, 2024.

How to enter:
A. Submit your name, email address, and mailing address for the random drawing.
B. Be sure to write “G-FEST 2024 Weekend Passes” in the subject header of your email entry. SciFi Japan often runs multiple contests at the same time, so any entries without “G-FEST 2024 Weekend Passes” in the subject header will be discarded.
C. Contest entrants may receive an email newsletter from SciFi Japan.

Determination of winners:
A. Only contestants who have submitted the requested information will be entered in the final drawing. The randomly drawn eligible entry will be judged the winners for this contest.
B. SciFi Japan is not responsible for typographical, electronic or other errors in Internet operation affecting the offering, outcome, administration of the contest or the announcement of prizes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
C. The decision of G-FEST and SciFi Japan is final. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the SciFi Japan judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
D. Following the drawing, winners will be notified via email.
