    Source: KAIJU MASTERCLASS press release Special Thanks to Steve Ryfle Announcing KAIJU MASTERCLASS, a three-day online convention with guest lineup featuring composer Bear McCreary (THE WALKING DEAD, GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS), director Shinji Higuchi (SHIN GODZILLA, ATTACK ON TITAN), composer David Arnold (the JAMES BOND franchise, GODZILLA 1998), director Shusuke Kaneko (GODZILLA, MOTHRA, AND KING GHIDORAH, DEATH NOTE), composer Michiru Oshima (GODZILLA: TOKYO SOS), and long list of genre creators and scholars. KAIJU MASTERCLASS is created by a dedicated team of genre authorities and enthusiasts, including: Steve Ryfle (co-author, ISHIRO HONDA: A LIFE IN FILM, FROM GODZILLA TO KUROSAWA); Erik Homenick (AKIRAIFUKUBE.ORG); John DeSentis (conductor/creator KAIJU CRESCENDO); Patrick Galvan (writer, SYFY.COM); Matt Parmley and Kyle Byrd (co-hosts, KAIJU TRANSMISSIONS podcast); and Kyle Gilmore (filmmaker and artist, VINTAGE REEL PRODUCTIONS). KAIJU MASTERCLASS will be live-streamed via their Youtube channel between Friday, October 2 and Sunday, October 4, 2020. The event is free and open to the online fan community worldwide.
