Tsuburaya Productions has provided SciFi Japan with information and photos for new characters coming to the latest Ultraman series, ULTRAMAN R/B (RUEBE) [?????????(???), Urutoraman R/B (Ruubu), 2018]. ? Ultraman Orb Dark The jet black villain, Ultraman Orb Dark, debuts in ULTRAMAN R/B Episode 8: THE WORLD IS WAITING FOR ME (???????????? Sekaijuu ga Ore o Matteiru), airing the morning of Saturday, August 25. The evil Ultraman transforms via the Orb Ring Neo and wields the Orb Dark Calibur, variations of the devices used by the original Ultraman Orb.

? Saki Mitsurugi (Performer: Ayane Kinoshita) A new main character, Saki Mitsurugi, will be introduced in ULTRAMAN R/B Episode 11, airing Saturday, September 15. A mysterious beautiful girl, Saki suddenly appears during a battle between Ultraman brothers Rosso and Blu and Ultraman Orb Dark. She has a Gyro very similar to the Ruebe Gyro transformation device used by the brothers Katsumi and Isami Minato, and -- like Ultraman Orb Dark -- can summon monsters by using the Ruebe Crystal. Is Saki on the side of the Ultraman brothers? Or is she an ally of Ultraman Orb Dark? How is she able to use the Gyro and Ruebe Crystal? What is her purpose? With Saki, everything is shrouded in a mystery. Saki is played by actress Ayane Kinoshita, who was born in Kyoto on February 21, 2000. In September 2015, Kinoshita beat out 39,701 other applicants to win the Grand Prix at the 40th HoriPro Talent Scout Caravan. She is now represented by the talent agency. Her acting credits include 2016 commercials for Yahoo! JAPAN`s Yahoo! News App and Nagatanien Morning Tea, the Fuji Television drama series SIGNAL (???? ??????????, Shigunaru Chooki Mikaiketsujiken Soosahan, 2018) and the movie KAZOKUWARI (?????), to be released in February 2019.
