    ULTRAMAN -- ULTRA HEROES EXPO 2020 Begins December 28th

    Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. will present the ULTRA HEROES EXPO 2020: New Year Festival in Tokyo Dome City (?????????EXPO 2020 ????????????? IN ????????, Urutora H?r?zu Ekisupo 2020 Ny?i Y? Fesutibaru In T?ky? D?mushiti) from December 27, 2019 - January 5, 2020 at Tokyo Dome City Prism Hall. The venue is divided into “Ultraman Battle Stage” live shows and the “Expo Venue”. The “Ultraman Battle Stage” theater holds 930 seats, with 800 reserved and 130 standard available for each show. All of the reserved seats sold out at EXPO 2019, so this year the shows will be held five times a day during the exhibition. The daily showtimes are 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:45pm and 4:15pm. The “Ultraman Battle Stage” will be based on the current television series, ULTRAMAN TAIGA (?????????, Urutoraman Taiga, 2019) with live appearances by Ultraman Taiga, Ultraman Titus, Ultraman Fuma and other heroes. ULTRAMAN TAIGA star Yuki Inoue will appear onstage as Hiroyuki Kudo, the young man who transforms into Taiga. He will face off with his co-star Kou Nanase who plays Kirisaki, the human form of the evil Ultraman Tregear. The “Expo Venue” of ULTRA HEROES EXPO 2020 features the "Ultra Shot", a space for fans to have their photo taken with an Ultra Hero. Several different Ultramen will be on hand for photos each day of the Expo. The "Ultraman Department Store" will offer a variety of Ultraman goods for purchase, including Expo exclusive and limited edition items. In addition, a New Year corner will be set up outside the Prism Hall. Advance tickets go on sale starting October 5. There will also be a special tickets with exclusive goods. Lawson Ticket will sell tickets with a limited soft vinyl figure commemorating the 10th anniversary of Ultraman Zero, and Seven Ticket will sell parent-child pair tickets with an Ultraman Taiga Accessory Zero-let, one of the transformation items from the ULTRAMAN TAIGA series.

    Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. has created dozens of heroes and other characters, including Ultraman, who have been loved from generation to generation. The base for the company was Tsuburaya Visual Effects Research, which was launched by the Japanese “Father of Special Effects” Eiji Tsuburaya.
