Targeted at eSports enthusiasts Denno Kukan will soon be opening its doors to the general public. It is situated in Nipponbashi, the downtown district in Osaka, the city which also boasts of the headquarters of SNK and Capcom, the premier fighting game developers of Japan. These two entities are considered the grand daddies of Japan’s competitive gaming industry. The hotel will also be surrounded by several Japanese pop culture, manga and anime on the city’s Otaku Road. The owners of the hotel have told the press that they are working towards making it an idea destination for people who wish to experience the best of eSports during their stays, and also get a chance to hold in-person meetings with their online friends. It could also be used as the perfect location to continue honing one’s gaming skills, especially if a person is in Osaka and is about to participate in an eSports tournament. The place will hold a lot of resemblance to a regular gaming café, but with the hotel facility to make it convenient for seasoned gamers.
