The television anime BEYOND THE BOUNDARY (????? Ky?kai no Kanata, 2013) comes to theaters next year with a pair of films. The first -- BEYOND THE BOUNDARY THE MOVIE: -I`LL BE HERE- THE PAST (??? ????? -I`LL BE HERE- ???, Gekijooban Kyokai no Kanata -I`LL BE HERE- Kako-hen) -- will be released on March 14, 2015 while the second -- BEYOND THE BOUNDARY THE MOVIE: -I`LL BE HERE- THE FUTURE (??? ????? -I`LL BE HERE- ???, Gekijooban Kyokai no Kanata -I`LL BE HERE- Mirai-hen) -- opens on April 25, 2015. The anime is based on the light novel series by Nagomu Torii and debuted on October 2, 2013. THE PAST looks back at the events of the TV series with a focus on the heroine, Mirai Kuriyama. THE FUTURE will be an all-new story set one year after the show. The two films will be directed by Taichi Ishidate, written by Jukki Hanada and animated by Kyoto Animation, the creative team behind the series. Director`s Comment There is a person with a person. Then, I think, there are things difficult or painful. But you can have fun; you’re free to feel happy. That comes when people are together... The feelings that they not alone. Yearning, yearning to be normal. It’s not unusual to be yearning all the time. An 18 year-old boy, a 17 year-old girl... I want them to be happy. I want them both to create a future for themselves.
