EVANGELION 2.22 is the upgraded home video release of the second chapter in the four part "Rebuild of Evangelion" (Evangelion Shin Gekijoban) film series by Hideaki Anno and Studio Khara, which re-imagines Anno`s blockbuster sci-fi animated series NEON GENESIS EVANGELION. Now the landmark anime evolves, reaching new heights of intensity with this latest feature film. In an explosive new story full of brutal action and primal emotion, a group of young pilots maneuver their towering, cyborg Eva Units into combat against a monstrous, deadly, and disturbing enemy. EVANGELION 2.22 will be available for purchase on Region 1 DVD ($24.98) and Blu-ray ($29.98) on March 29th. The discs contain the original Japanese audio, a new English dubbed track, English subtitles, deleted scenes, a dubbing cast audio commentary, theatrical trailers, Japanese TV spots, and much more.
