    Tsuburaya Productions has provided SciFi Japan with large photos plus English and Japanese press information regarding the new characters and voice actors, publicity art, trailer and a tie-in promotional series for ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY (ウルトラギャラクシーファイト 大いなる陰謀, Urutora Gyarakushī Faito Ōinaru Inbō), their new online series commemorating the ULTRAMAN Official YouTube Channel reaching one million subscribers. In the series, familiar Ultra Heroes from multiple generations throughout the universe must join in battle, one after another, in an ensemble piece that features everything fans could have dreamed of. That dream is now a reality, with a three-arc story spinning a tale across the ages, even linking up with ULTRAMAN Z (ZETT) 『ウルトラマンZ(ゼット), Urutoraman Z (Zetto)』, which is currently airing to rave reviews. Set to the fast-paced, thrilling theme song “ZERO to INFINITY” by Mamoru Miyano (see SciFi Japan`s last update for details about this song), the latest trailer includes new information that holds the key to the story and reveals a series of additional characters that will be appearing in the series. ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY will begin on Sunday, November 22, 2020, with new installments planned to release on YouTube each week at 10:00am (Japan Standard Time) worldwide.

    ● Ultraman Tregear (Early Style): Yuma Uchida Ultraman Tregear`s original appearance is revealed for the first time! Famous for his appearances as a villain in ULTRAMAN R/B THE MOVIE ~ SELECT! THE CRYSTAL OF BOND (劇場版ウルトラマンR/B セレクト!絆のクリスタル, Gekijō-ban Urutoraman R/B Serekuto! Kizuna no Kurisutaru, 2019) and the ULTRAMAN TAIGA (ウルトラマンタイガ, Urutoraman Taiga, 2019-20) television series and film, Ultraman Tregear will appear in his Early Style, his original form before he sank into villainy! What will Tregear do as his original form? And what is his relation to the mysterious golden giant Absolute Tartarus? Yuma Uchida continues to deliver an enthusiastic performance as the voice of Ultraman Tregear.* Actor Comment: Ultraman Tregear will appear in ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY!!     ● Ultraman Taro: Hiroya Ishimaru and Showtaro Morikubo Two voice actors portray Ultraman Taro for the first time! Hiroya Ishimaru has played Taro in numerous works from the movie ULTRAMAN STORY (ウルトラマン物語, Urutoraman Sutori, 1984) to the series ULTRAMAN GINGA (ウルトラマンギンガ, Urutoraman Ginga, 2013) and ULTRAMAN TAIGA. For ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY he will be joined by Showtaro Morikubo, who will voice the younger Ultraman Taro alongside Ultraman Tregear Early Style!* In their youth, Taro and Tregear once were close friends in the Land of Light. What happened to them? The answer will finally be revealed in this video production. Actor Showtaro Morikubo Comment: Among the many Ultraman, Ultraman Taro is the one for whom I feel a powerful, powerful affinity. My name is Showtaro, after all. I never thought the day would come when I would be connected to Ultraman Taro by playing him in his youth.     Successive Ultras appear one after another! Ultraman Joneus and Andro Melos return! Also joining the fight are Ultraman Joneus, who celebrated the 40th anniversary of his first appearance last year, and Andro Melos, appearing in a live action production for the first time in 37 years! Ultraman Joneus is an Ultra Hero who starred in THE ULTRAMAN (ザ☆ウルトラマン, Za Urutoraman), the first animated series in the Ultraman series that aired from 1979-80. Joneus is a legendary warrior who hails from U40, a Star of Ultra outside of the Land of Light. Joneus made his first live action appearance in the 1979 feature film ULTRAMAN: GREAT MONSTER BATTLE (ウルトラマン怪獣大決戦, Urutoraman Kajū Daikessen). He returns in ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY for the first time in 17 years since his guest appearance in the theatrical short NEW CENTURY ULTRAMAN LEGEND 2: THE KING’S JUBILEE (新世紀2003ウルトラマン伝説 THE KING’S JUBILEE, Shinseiki 2003 Urutoraman Densetsu The King’s Jubilee, 2003). He will be voiced by Nobuaki Kanemitsu. Andro Melos is the protagonist of the mini-series ANDRO MELOS (アンドロメロス, Andoromerosu) that was broadcast in 1983, and based on a serialized magazine story. The series depicts the battle between the Andro Defense Force, which protects the peace along with Melos, and the Gua Army, which seeks to take over the galaxy. He is distinguished by his invincible armor, the Cosmo Tector. Andro Melos will be voiced by Tomohiro Yamaguchi. ULTRA GALAXY FIGHT: THE ABSOLUTE CONSPIRACY will also unveil the “Ultra League,” a mixed team of various heroes. Who will be involved for what reasons has yet to be revealed, but please look forward to their efforts in this story that unfolds across the ages!

    Welcome to SciFi Japan, your source for news and information on science fiction, horror, fantasy and action movies, TV shows and videos.. from classics and old favorites, to upcoming productions and home video releases, to the odd and obscure titles you may never have heard of!

    The mainstream press has largely ignored Japanese tokusatsu (special effects) films, and when the genre has been covered by American news outlets and television the results were often inaccurate and condescending. On the other hand, there have been some excellent fan publications and websites devoted to these films, but Japanese studios have been extremely reluctant to deal with fan groups due to concerns over copyright infringement issues (some fans advocate and promote activities such as video bootlegging and unlicensed downloading). With no direct access to studio news and photos, fan reporting has often been forced to rely on secondhand info and rumors.

    What was missing was a professionally run English news outlet working directly with Japanese studios and filmmakers. So, in 2006, we brought together a talented group of published authors and reporters, film historians, reviewers, festival organizers, and movie makers with ties to the Japanese film industry to launch SciFi Japan (More information on our key contributors can be found here). The only English language news site press registered with all of the major Japanese studios and production companies, SciFi Japan is able to consistently bring accurate and exclusive information on Japanese films and shows to English speaking/reading fans worldwide.

    This site also receives updates from licensees and distributors of Japanese movies in North America, the UK and Australia, and we’re press registered with the major American studios as well. So, while our primary focus remains Japanese llive action and anime news we will rinclude international productions in our "International SciFii" and. "Asian Cinema" sections.

    And in 2012, we launched SciFi JAPAN TV, a web series featuring coverage of tokusatsu events and interviews with Japanese filmmakers. Each episode was shot on location in Japan exclusively for SciFi Japan by the Gaijin Channel production team.
